Job Description:
As a Senior Patrolperson Specialised your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Monitoring of security systems (CCTV, alarms, two-way radio, and telephone)
•  Assess for security violations, security breaches, non-compliance, and safety issues, analysing incident conditions and hotspots
• Effective communication and dispatch of patrol officers and emergency services to various areas to handle incidents
• Monitoring the movement of concentrate trucks

This role is in the Security department at a C1 level reporting to the Protection Services Officer/ Protection Services

Qualifications:

• Grade 12
• Registered with the PSIRA on grade B
• CCTV Surveillance Skills and Body Language Course
• Handle and use of Shotgun for Business Purposes
• Handle and use of a handgun for Business Purposes

Experience:

• 3+ years’ experience in Security environment
• CCTV Surveillance systems
• Control Room
• Firearm competency
• Computer Literacy

• No criminal record
• Pass polygraph test
• Valid South African Driver’s license Code B
• PDP license will be advantageous
• Must be prepared to work shifts and on public holidays
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to handle various emergency situations
• Must be in possession of a certificate of fitness or able to obtain one
