Note: This is a 6 month contract (renewable)

Education:

• Degree, Post graduate in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent industry experience).
• Pega Certified Product Engineer.

Experience

• 8-12 years experience in Pega 
• Pega Lead Product Engineer playing up to Architect/ CSSA Certification will be advantageous.
• Understanding of large and complex code bases, including design techniques.
• Experience in defining Business Processes using the Pega platform for the financial sector.
• System design and implementation, Experience in Integration Services of PRPC – Rule-Connects/Services, developing activities, PRPC User Interface development and implementation of Declarative Processing.

Technical Skills

• Experience in Pega KYC/CLM 8.X is mandatory.
• Experience as an CLM/KYC SME from a Pega Platform perspective.
• Good understanding and experience in Client Server applications, Digital applications and Business Functions.
• Should have knowledge on API and JSON to support integration.
• Software development experience with Java/JavaScript and a good understanding of micro services and Big Data architecture is an advantage.

Functional Skills

• Experience in Banking, Financial and Fintech in an enterprise environment preferred.
• Experience in following best Coding, Security, Unit testing and Documentation standards and practices.
• Experience in Agile methodology.
• Ensure quality of technical and application architecture and design of systems across the organization.
• Effectively research and benchmark technology against other best in class technologies.

Soft Skills

• Able to influence multiple teams on technical considerations, increasing their productivity and effectiveness, by sharing deep knowledge and experience.
• Self-motivator and self-starter, Ability to own and drive things without supervision and works collaboratively with the teams across the organization.
• Have excellent soft skills and interpersonal skills to interact and present the ideas to Senior and Executive management.
