Senior PMO Lead at Praesignis

Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced Senior PMO Lead to support a global Finance Transformation Programme within a leading financial services organisation.
• This is a senior, hands-on PMO leadership role requiring strong banking experience, Oracle Fusion implementation exposure and enterprise transformation expertise. The successful candidate will oversee governance, assurance, executive reporting, financial management and coordination across multiple workstreams and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the PMO function across a large-scale, global transformation programme.
• Manage programme governance, controls, assurance and RAID management.
• Prepare executive reporting and support SteerCo forums.
• Manage programme budgets, forecasting and financial tracking.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams, geographies and implementation partners.
• Provide delivery oversight and identify/escalate programme risks and issues.
• Engage confidently with executives, programme leadership and vendors.
• Support programme leadership with problem-solving and delivery assurance.

Essential Requirements

• Strong banking/financial services experience.
• Proven Oracle Fusion implementation experience, specifically:
• Oracle Fusion Finance.
• Oracle Fusion HCM/HR.
• Experience leading PMO functions on large-scale transformation programmes.
• Strong governance, executive reporting, RAID and SteerCo experience.
• Programme budget and financial management experience.
• Multi-workstream and multi-vendor programme coordination.
• Strong executive and senior stakeholder engagement skills.

Candidate Profile
