In this role, you’ll be managing legal and transactional aspects for new private equity funds, encompassing tasks such as creating presentations and marketing materials.
You will also be conducting extensive research on markets, industries, and investment opportunities, performing due diligence, financial modelling, and valuations.
This role also involves contributing to Investment Memorandums, supporting capital-raising activities while managing compliance and legal procedures, aiding in investment decisions, collaborating with portfolio companies on strategy and capital allocation, addressing ad hoc requests for the investment team, and playing a pivotal supporting role to the CEO within the group.
What you’ll need
To qualify for this opportunity you need to be a qualified CA(SA) with no less than 2 years post articles experience gained in private equity, corporate finance, or investment banking.
You need to have gained experience in legal contracts, financial analysis, and due diligence in investments.
