Senior Product & Graphic Designer - Cape Town at Crypto Banter

We are looking for someone with outstanding expertise in UX/UI design and brand design. The chosen candidate must be a perfect fit for the crypto space we operate in.

As a Senior Product and Graphic Designer at Crypto School, you will play a pivotal role in designing the entire UX/UI of our online learning platform, shaping our brand identity and driving the creative direction of our products. We are particularly interested in candidates who have prior experience with gamification projects and crypto projects. Working collaboratively with our cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional designs that align with our brand's vision and mission. This is a full-time role that requires a high level of autonomy, creativity, and the ability to deliver brilliance.

Responsibilities

• Design the entire UX/UI of our learning platform, ensuring it provides an exceptional user experience and drives engagement.
• Create visually stunning graphics, illustrations, multimedia content, and UX/UI designs to promote our courses and enhance brand awareness.
• Collaborate closely with the cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with our brand's vision and mission.
• Drive the creative direction of our products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of excellence and innovation.
• Develop and execute creative campaigns and initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team to drive user acquisition and engagement.
• Produce design deliverables for various channels, including social media, email, website, and events.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering their growth and elevating the overall quality and consistency of our designs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our designs are at the forefront of innovation.
• Utilize Figma and other relevant design software proficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in product design, graphic design, UX/UI design, and multimedia content creation.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
• Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design work across multiple mediums and channels.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality designs within deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey design concepts and ideas.
• A deep passion for the cryptocurrency and blockchain industries.
• Prior experience in gamification projects is highly desirable.
