Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the customer due diligence and onboarding area within our product ecosystem, in close collaboration with stakeholders.
Own the user experience from signup through onboarding and into ongoing customer due diligence over the entire customer lifecycle, including how the customer views and updates all of their personal and business information in our systems.
Act as the subject matter expert in all things in your space, bridging the gap between business requirements, risk, compliance, user experience and technology solutions.
Prioritise product development by balancing feature requests, market trends, government regulation, risk and technical constraints.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, to deliver top-notch products to market.
Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to end-of-life, driving key performance indicators (KPIs).
Do competitive analysis to identify market gaps and opportunities for innovation.
Collect and analyse feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and end products.
IDEAL CANDIDATE | WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
You’ve got 6+ years of experience as a product manager or in a similar role
You’ve built customer-facing products or features before - all the way from ideation to launch and beyond
You’ve led cross-functional teams, collaborating daily with engineers, designers and data analysts.
You understand that product management is about outcomes not outputs, and can define and drive product KPIs.
You enjoy working with multiple players across the org, to influence how your products are positioned, sold and supported.
You love messy problems and are comfortable working in ambiguous problem spaces.
You have strong. clear communication skills - both verbal and written.
