    Android Developer

    Software Development

    • The Software Developer develops software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage and work processes; investigating problem areas and following the software development lifecycle. This role is responsible for maintaining current systems (web/other) and develop new systems (web/other) using the latest technologies. They are responsible for supporting code reviews and in coordinating pair programming.  The Software Developer also assists in applying agile methodology in the team. 

    Testing and deployment

    • The Software Developer develops tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code. They automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting. The Software Developer develops and monitors CI/CD pipelines. This role is also responsible for reviewing and debugging code. The Software Developer performs validation and verification testing in line with quality standards.

    Technical support and documentation

    • The Software Developer provides second/third line support to IT for software deployed into company eco system. They monitor systems performance and ensure all SLA’s are met. The Software Developer assists technical writers with technical documentation and user manuals.

    Analysis

    • This role is accountable for analyzing and resolving complex and high impact production issues where required. The Software Developer also identifies ideas to improve system performance and impact availability.     Senior Back-End Developer

    Software Development

    • The Senior Software Developer confers with their stakeholders to analyze user requirements and convert requirements to design documents.  They design architectures, including the software, hardware, and communications, to support the total requirements, as well as to provide for present and future cross-functional requirements and interfaces.
    • The Senior Software Developer develops high-level system design diagrams for program design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation. They also develop and implement moderate to complex web applications on one or more platforms. They design, develop and test software, including Software Applications, Web Sites, Data Communication Processes and User Interfaces. This role is responsible for writing  programming code and the development of CI/CD pipelines in alignment with DevOps standards.

    Growth Marketing Team Lead

    Who we’re looking for

    • We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Growth Marketer team Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving marketing and growth across various platforms and channels. This role requires a deep understanding of performance marketing, user acquisition and retention strategies to maximize ROI and achieve business goals. The Growth Marketing Team Lead will work closely with developers, affiliate team, digital teams, head of affiliate and the rest of the business to optimize campaigns, analyze data, and implement strategies that drive app downloads, acquisition and engagement.

    Campaign Planning & Execution

    • Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to drive traffic to the Betway and Jackpot sites, drive user acquisitions, engagement, conversion across several key channels (including but not limited to app stores, ad networks, DSPs and paid social channels), drive revenue and efficiencies for the business.
    • Oversee, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on all relevant platforms and manage the team to perform in their respective growth areas.
    • Collaborate with developers and creative teams to create compelling ad creatives (images, videos, copy) tailored to different platforms and audiences.
    • Working with the head of affiliates to manage overall budgets, team members, projects, and various moving parts.

    Performance & Reporting

    • Measure campaign performance and report back on performance.
    • Monitor and optimize CPI and CPA metrics, ROI, other key metrics and volumes relative to spend.
    • Manage, apply and propose relevant marketing budgets and campaign spend.
    • Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to identify the best-performing platforms, creatives, ad formats, and messaging.
    • Working with the team to continuously iterate on creatives, optimize campaigns, and make critical adjustments to improve performance and conversion rates.
    • Implementation and onboarding of new tools and online marketing technologies (retargeting, web analytics, display, socials etc)

    Test and scale new user acquisition channels to expand reach.

    • Asset Management

    • Social media and other Digital channels
    • Innovative Marketing in Regulated Markets:
    • Gain competitor insights and suggest alternative strategies to drive traffic
    • Research and identify non-traditional marketing channels that comply with industry regulations
    • Develop creative workarounds to promote apps within the constraints of regulated markets
    • Stay updated on regulatory changes and adapt marketing strategies to remain compliant
    • Test new and emerging marketing channels (e.g., podcasts, webinars, or niche forums) to reach target audiences.
    • Stay ahead of industry trends and experiment with new tools, technologies, and platforms.
    • Supplier management, admin and communications
