A leading UK-based Gaming, Leisure & Entertainment Group is looking for a Senior Product Manager to manage its Payments Division. This includes the customer facing experience of depositing and withdrawing, the payment choices available to customers, and the wallet and balance experience that sits behind them. You will own and help define the product area and roadmap for the Cashier.
They will lead discovery, define customer and business problems, shape product direction, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
The successful incumbent must have proven experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager on digital web or app products, ideally with significant ownership of payments, cashier, wallet, or transactional products with a strong understanding of digital customer journeys, and a working knowledge of the payments landscape – payment service providers, alternative payment methods, card schemes, e-wallets, and open banking.
REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager on digital web or app products, ideally with significant ownership of payments, cashier, wallet, or transactional products.
Strong ability to define customer problems and translate business strategy into evidence-based product direction.
Experience leading product discovery, prioritisation, roadmap definition and outcome measurement.
Comfortable operating in ambiguous or emerging product areas where the opportunity needs to be shaped and validated.
Strong understanding of digital customer journeys, and a working knowledge of the payments landscape – payment service providers, alternative payment methods, card schemes, e-wallets, and open banking.
Experience owning complex integrations and partnering with Engineering and Architecture on platform and technical direction.
Understanding of what it means to operate in a regulated environment, including AML, KYC, PCI DSS, and responsible gambling or equivalent obligations.
Ability to use customer research, behavioural data and market insight to inform product decisions.
Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams around shared outcomes.
Ability to balance hands-on product ownership with strategic thinking and operational alignment.
Experience in payments, fintech, gaming, betting, casino, bingo, membership products or other regulated environments would be beneficial.
