Senior Production Support Consultant- Fixed Term Contract at Deloitte

Job Description

• 3+ year working in a support environment.
• End-to-end ownership of production support issues:
• Working on individual incidents as part of a larger support team
• Supporting the team for triage, collaboration, and analysis across all support work
• Collaboration with a business level support team for triage and analysis
• Adhoc investigative work for key issues and trend analysis in the production environment
• Work-flow supervision and coordination 
• Team boards management, prioritization and capacity planning (of work) 
• Understand and guide others through unblocking users. 
• Get involved in adhoc investigations, priority (severity 1 items and War Rooms). 
• Understanding incident and problems through code analysis and data simulation. 
• Manage growth and performance of team. Drive efficiencies and improvements to processes

Knowledge and experience in:

• C#
• SQL
• React
• Azure
• Problem solving / problem analysis.
• Project / time management 
• Conflict resolution and ownership  
• Workflow management and maintenance

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis, or a related field.
