This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of building and development projects within a well-established consultancy environment.
Requirements:
BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying.
Professional registration as Pr QS (SACQSP).
Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in a PQS environment.
Strong experience across building and/or property development projects.
Advanced knowledge of construction contracts, cost management, and measurement.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel essential) as well as proficiency in relevant QS software.
Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently and effectively.
