Senior Project Manager at Mint Management Technologies

This job role manages multiple, large, complex, high-risk projects or programmes concurrently across all types of clients, ensuring that projects are delivered using proven project delivery methodologies that enable the successful delivery of projects within the agreed scope, time, cost, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects in line with the project governance framework.
• Tailor methodologies to suit client’s project office requirements.
• Comply with internal project processes from OPS, Finance, Legal, etc.
• Assess project approach and create detailed project schedules and/or ensure that a backlog is available in VSTS.
• For Agile projects, facilitate the ceremonies or appoint a Scrum Master within the team
• Manage project risks and issues and escalate according to the Project Communication Plan.
• Manage the allocation of suitably skilled people to projects
• Report on project progress at the various project forums.
• Perform all project closure activities internally, with the client and 3rd party vendors.
• Attend Project Steering Committees to represent Mint along with internal project sponsors.

Qualifications

• Degree or relevant certifications
• PRINCE2 or PMP
• Agile Certification (e.g. CSM, PMI-ACP)
• 10+ years of experience in IT Project Management
