RPO Recruitment’s client, a leading multi-disciplinary consulting firm is seeking an experienced Senior Project / Programme Manager to join their Johannesburg office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering complex building projects and programmes, providing strong leadership across the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
CPM registration with SACPCMP is essential.
Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, Civil Engineering, Building or a related field.
Extensive experience in project and programme management within the built environment.
Proven buildings experience is essential.
Strong experience managing projects from inception through to completion.
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary professional teams and contractors.
Strong understanding of project programmes, budgets, contracts, risk and quality management.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
