Our client, an established construction contractor operating across the Northern region, is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to take responsibility for cost management and commercial analysis on large-scale building projects. This immediate opportunity offers the chance to work on substantial developments while leading cost control functions across the Gauteng and Northern region.
Requirements:
Tech Quantity Surveying, B.Sc Quantity Surveying, or similar qualification
Minimum 10 years of experience in construction/building quantity surveying
Proven track record on large-scale building projects
Experience managing the full commercial lifecycle from tender to final account
Demonstrated experience in cost management and contract administration
Experience managing junior and site-based QS staff
Large-scale building projects (commercial, residential, industrial, or institutional)
Multi-storey buildings and complex construction projects
