• Engaging with International /Global stakeholders.
• Overall Test Management for Repika (Manual, Automation, Regression, Performance):
• Ensure that Test Cases are defined & maintained in according with relevant standards & criteria.
• Ensure that automated Test scripts are created & maintained in according with relevant standards & criteria.
• Ensure that relevant test data is created / maintained.
• Overall co-ordination of Manual, Automated & Regression Tests.
• Overall co-ordination of End-User sign off (UAT).
• Overall co-ordination of Performance Test.
• Defect Management.
• Process & Performance improvements.

Overall Operations Lead for Repika (DevOps Steering and Operational Expert responsibilities):

• Overall steering of 1st, 2nd and 3rd line Support.
• Overall steering of daily system checks.
• Application/Services code debugging (SQL, Qlik, SAP BO, AWS).
• Release planning and management.
• Technical Change coordination and management.
• Facilitating Cutover activities.
• Technical Lifecycle Management.
• Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Environment configuration and management.
• Coordinating, and resolving issues with the external partners (Platforms).
• Conducting System audits.
• Process & Performance improvements.
• End-Customer Communication of system downtimes, interruptions, and other relevant information.
• Co-ordination of user training.
• Ensuring that End-user and Operational manuals are up to date.

Software Development & Configuration using the following technologies:

• Selenium.
• UFT.
• Oracle Developer (SQL/PLSQL).
• PostGress.
• Python.
• Visual Basic Scripting.
• AWS.
• Preparation of system/technical documentation (as per ISO standards).

Minimum Requirements

Essential Skills Requirements:

• Relevant IT / Business Diploma/Degree.
• 3 – 5 years’ experience in Testing (Test Management; Manual Testing; Test Automation).
• 3 – 5 years’ experience in DevOps (DevOps Steering and Operational Expert responsibilities).
• Certification in Testing advantageous.
• Certification in AWS advantageous. 
• Security Certification advantageous.
• Leadership skills.
• Stakeholder Management & Communication skills.

Software Testing:

• Test Management (Incl. X-Ray).
• Test architecture and design knowledge.
• Strong manual testing skills (Progress & Regression Testing).
• Test Automation skills.
• Performance Testing skills.
• Software Development:
• Selenium, UFT.
• Oracle Developer (SQL/PLSQL).
• PostGress.
• Python.
• Visual Basic Scripting.
• AWS Configuration.

Operations:

• DevOps Management.
• ITIL Processes & Tools. 
• AWS Monitoring.
• Good scripting and troubleshooting knowledge.
• General:
• Overall knowledge of the AWS products and services.
• Agile Toolchain – Jira, Confluence, YPA, X-ray, Bitbucket.
• Over knowledge and experience with BI tools including:
• Informatica.
• QlikSense.
• SAP Business Objects (Information Design Tool; Web Intelligence Designer; Translation Manager).

Advantageous Skills Requirements:

• Understanding of other BI Tools will be an advantage.
