The team itself is also all about learning, you will be working alongside some of the best tech talent in Cape Town as well as Engineers in London and a CTO with a very impressive background. Also, alongside the commercial business they have a charity that is helping 100s of thousands of children everyday… and you would be working on the platform to facilitate this, how’s that for a bit of feel-good!

You will be part of a new development team based in Cape Town, the other development team is in London. There are 6 people in the development team here in Cape Town (35 in total in the office) and over 55 in tech globally. We are looking to grow this team to about 15 strong over the next 6 months, so now is a great time to be joining whilst they are still quite small. Tech stack is Ruby on Rails with React on the frontend, all in AWS. Offices are based in Gardens in Cape Town, they offer flexible working hours and ad-hoc remote working, medical aid contribution.
