You as a Senior Sales Specialist Digital, will be part of Power Grids Marketing & Sales business and reporting to Local Sales Manager. You will be responsible for planning and ensuring execution of Hitachi Energy's sales strategy for digitalization and software, to achieve both qualitative and quantitative targets for products, systems and/or services in a profitable way in the Southern and Eastern African market. Responsible for developing and coaching the Sales organization proactively in the area of digital and software solution selling, to exceed the sales targets through high performance in order to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
