• Sybrin is looking for Senior Salesforce Developer to form part of our Salesforce Practice. Sybrin is a Salesforce ISV and is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience across various technologies and platforms to join our fast-growing team. Sybrin’s solutions include Payments Hub, KYC (Know Your Customer), AML (Anti Money Laundering), Intelligent Document Processing, Liveness Detection, Digital Onboarding, and more. The Senior Salesforce Developer must have a passion for driving product development. The Senior Salesforce Developer must have experience and comfort managing local, virtual, and offshore teams. As part of our Salesforce practice, you will work with colleagues to build world-class solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will have the opportunity to guide and mentor junior developers as part of project and application delivery.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and document high-quality business solutions on the Force.com platform
• Develop on-demand Salesforce.com applications, leveraging Apex Classes, Triggers, VisualForce Pages, Lightning, etc.
• Evaluating new CRM technologies and developing plans for their implementation into Salesforce.com orgs
• Provide ongoing technical support for existing custom Apex code being used on the Force.com platform
• Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives, and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully.
• Interact directly with clients, managers, and end users as necessary to analyse project objectives and capability requirements, including specifications for user interfaces, customized applications, and interactions with internal Salesforce instances.
• Provide system administration support of internal and customer Salesforce environments, especially related to customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects, and workflow.
• Collaborate with various internal teams to upskill and develop junior team members.
• Leverage any experience (.Net/Java/SQL) to build or maintain existing non-Salesforce.com applications

Required:

• Minimum 4 Years experience in Salesforce application development
• Proficient with Apex, VisualForce, Lightning, SOAP, REST, SOQL, JavaScript, and HTML
• Salesforce Developer Certification
• Salesforce App Builder Certification
