• We are seeking an experienced SAP FS-CD (Financial Services – Collections and Disbursements) Consultant to join our team on a part-time basis (40 hours per month). This fully remote role offers flexible working hours. The consultant will be responsible for assisting in the implementation, configuration, and support of the SAP FS-CD module to optimize collections and disbursements processes in the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

SAP FS-CD Implementation:

• Lead or support the implementation of the SAP FS-CD module, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules to meet the specific needs of the financial services industry.

Configuration & Customization:

• Configure the SAP FS-CD module, including settings for collections and disbursements, payment processing, incoming and outgoing payments, and integrating with third-party systems.

Collections and Disbursements Management:

• Support the configuration of processes related to collections, payments, refunds, and reconciliation within the financial services environment.

Integration with Other Modules:

• Collaborate with other SAP modules (such as SAP FI, SAP CRM, and SAP Banking) to ensure seamless integration of collections and disbursements with broader financial operations.

Support & Troubleshooting:

• Provide ongoing support for SAP FS-CD, troubleshooting issues related to payments, collections, and disbursements, ensuring smooth operation of financial processes.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

• Conduct and assist in unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that all components of SAP FS-CD work as expected.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Document configurations, customizations, processes, and procedures to ensure proper knowledge transfer to end users and internal teams.

End-User Training:

• Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions to ensure smooth adoption and effective use of SAP FS-CD by the financial operations teams.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process optimization within collections and disbursements and propose system enhancements to improve financial processes.

Key Skills & Experience Required:

• SAP FS-CD Expertise:
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP FS-CD (Financial Services - Collections and Disbursements), including configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting.

Industry Knowledge:

• Solid understanding of financial services, especially in the areas of collections, disbursements, and payment processing.

SAP Integration Experience:

• Experience integrating SAP FS-CD with other SAP modules such as SAP FI, SAP CRM, and SAP Banking.

Problem-Solving Skills:

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities to address complex issues in payment processes, collections, and disbursements.

Project Experience:

• At least 3-5 years of experience working with SAP FS-CD, with a demonstrated ability to implement and support the module effectively in a financial services context.

Communication Skills:

• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) to interact with cross-functional teams and business users, especially in a remote environment.

Remote Work Experience:

• Proven experience working in a remote setting, managing time and tasks independently to meet deadlines.
• SAP Certification (Preferred):
• SAP FS-CD certification or relevant training is highly desirable.
