The Senior DevOps Engineer will perform software design typically across multiple components, mentor junior team members, and work with others to translate user/customer requests into solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle new modules relying on Azure, including ultron, digital safe, and feature environments.
Manage infrastructure concepts in Azure, including network setup by security teams and required security constraints (application gateway, firewall, etc.).
Utilize Azure DevOps, especially with pipelines, and migrate ADO classic UI releases into YAML format.
Develop and maintain scripts using PowerShell.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and YAML.
Work with Microsoft Windows environments and middleware, including IIS and SQL Server.
Optionally, have knowledge of containerization and API management.
Required Skills:
Strong background in Azure.
Proficiency in Azure DevOps and pipeline management.
Scripting skills, particularly in PowerShell.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, especially Terraform and YAML.
Familiarity with Microsoft Windows environments and middleware (IIS, SQL Server).
Optional: Knowledge of containerization and API management.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a similar role.
Ability to mentor junior team members.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
