    Senior Sotfware Engineer – Product Engineer

    What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

    • As a Senior Engineer, you’ll play a key role in building features to support new customer use cases for onboarding and ongoing monitoring.
    • You’ll have the opportunity to shape our client’s API architecture, contributing to the evolving monitoring offering.
    • Working closely with the product team and clients, you’ll develop the best solutions to meet their needs.

    What you’ll need

    • Your background should include software engineering on high-impact projects, experience with APIs and UI (React), strong database and data architecture skills, proficiency in AWS services, various programming languages, design systems, highly available and scalable systems, and observability/monitoring/incident response tools.  Software engineering experience – APIs, UI (React).  
    • Strong experience with Databases and Data Architecture – PostgreSQL.  AWS Experience – EC2, Lambda, SQS, S3/Cloudfront, RDS/Aurora/DynamoDB/DMS.
    • Experience with JS/TS/Python/Go. Experience working with and on Design Systems.
    • Experience with highly available, highly scalable systems.
    • Experience with observability/monitoring/incident response – Datadog, Pagerduty, Runscope, etc
