Join Our Team as a Senior Culture and Organizational Development Specialist!

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Culture and Organizational Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the development, improvement, and implementation of Exxaro’s culture and organizational development strategies, frameworks, processes, and policies.

Minimum Requirements    
Qualifications & Experience:

•  B Degree (Relevant) (Essential/Minimum)
•  B Degree (Hons) (Relevant) (Recommended/Desirable)
• 5 years Extensive knowledge of Organisational Development / Effectiveness and culture approaches, methodologies, employee development and capacity building and strategy development within a complex organisation.

Duties & Responsibilities

Ability to:

• Support in the planned development, improvement, and implementation of Exxaro’s culture and organisational development strategies, frameworks, processes and policies to ensure they are implemented appropriately across the group.
• Continuously make organizational improvements across all departments by evaluating and identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
