Job Description:

• We are looking for an experienced and driven Strategic Planning Manager to lead our Investment Banking strategy. This is a pivotal role where you will not just support but actively drive our long- and short-term strategy, ensuring all projects align with our business goals and market opportunities.
• This role is a 6 - month contract

Responsibilities include:

• Lead Strategy: Drive the CIB's strategic process, facilitating brainstorming sessions and serving as a key advisor to senior leadership.
• Analyse and Innovate: Provide thought leadership and strategic insights based on market data and intuition. Monitor the effectiveness of implemented strategies and challenge conventional thinking to find creative solutions.
• Be a Custodian: Act as the central point for all strategic messaging, ensuring consistency across internal communications, events, and awards.
• Build Relationships: Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders across CIB and the wider Group to ensure alignment and streamline communication.
• Foster Culture: Inspire a team culture of curiosity and strategic thinking, encouraging open communication and teamwork to achieve shared goals.

Requirements include:

• We are seeking a proactive and analytical individual who is passionate about shaping the future of our business. The ideal candidate will have:
• Experience: 5 years of experience in an analytical and strategic environment, with a strong background in banking or consulting.
• Education: A bachelors degree in BSC, BCOM, BA, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or CFA certification is preferred.
• Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information. You should have strong verbal and written communication skills and a proven ability to persuade stakeholders.
