ABOUT THE ROLE

This role will be instrumental in building relationships with schools & youth organisations in order to connect with more young people who would thrive in an artisan career. The role is focused on building relationships, including prospecting and cold calling, managing and tracking engagement on our CRM, meeting with school & youth organisation partners & running SR events. We are looking for someone to spearhead relationship-building and take ownership of building our student lead pool.

WHAT YOU NEED

For this role we're looking for someone who is excellent at building rapport & building relationships that produce tangible leads and results.

•  2+ years experience in sales
•  Confident & self motivated
•  Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
•  Own vehicle & drivers license
• Experience in the artisan industry & using a CRM is a plus.
