We’re looking for a skilled Systems Engineer to support and enhance our enterprise infrastructure across global operations. This role involves maintaining system environments, responding to operational alerts, and contributing to the design and automation of scalable IT solutions.
You will work with technologies including Windows OS, Azure AD, Domain Controllers, SAML, App Proxy, LDAP, DHCP, and cloud platforms (Azure and AWS). Your input will help shape project plans, improve system performance, and ensure reliable service delivery.
Responsibilities
Provide advanced (Tier 3) support for enterprise systems.
Monitor and troubleshoot system performance using standard tools.
Install and maintain system components and software.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to resolve issues.
Develop scripts to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency.
Support virtual server environments and cloud implementations.
Contribute to system monitoring and reporting improvements.
Requirements
Extensive experience 10+ years in systems engineering or related roles.
Strong knowledge of Windows infrastructure and troubleshooting.
Experience with virtualization, automation scripting, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
Ability to analyze complex problems and propose effective solutions.
Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work US hours for first 3 to 6 months during for training purposes.
A qualification in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
