    Software Engineer III

    About the Role

    • As a Software Engineer, you will be involved in research, design, and software development within a specific software functional area or product line. The role requires problem-solving skills, including designing program flow, effective coding, and unit testing, while contributing to moderately complex software solutions.

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborating with technical teams to finalize software requirements and design specifications.
    • Developing, testing, and maintaining moderately complex software components.
    • Writing and reviewing detailed specifications to ensure high-quality development outcomes.
    • Implementing coding best practices, conduct code reviews, and follow development processes.
    • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure optimal system performance.
    • Working in Agile or Waterfall environments while coordinating with key stakeholders.
    • Staying up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance software solutions.

    Requirements

    • Have professional experience in software engineering.

    • Be familiar with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, test-driven development, and code coverage best practices.
    • Be able to analyze and resolve technical challenges efficiently.

    Software Engineer II

    About the role 

    • This position performs moderately difficult research, design, and software development assignments within a specific software functional area or product line. The position should have the ability to work on individual pieces of work and solve problems including the design of the program flow of individual pieces of code, effective coding, and unit testing.

    Responsibilities 

    • Interface with other technical personnel or team members to finalize requirements.
    • Write and review portions of detailed specifications for the development of system components of moderate complexity.
    • Work closely with other development team members to understand moderately complex product requirements and translate them into software designs.
    • Successfully implement development processes, coding best practices, and code reviews.
    • Operate in various development environments (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) while collaborating with key stakeholders.
    • Resolve technical issues as necessary.
    • Keep abreast of new technology developments.
    • Complete bug fixes.

    Requirements 

    • 3+ years of Software Engineering experience
    • BS Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience required
    • Skilled in .NET (C#), including ASP.NET Core and Entity Framework, with strong experience in Angular and front-end best practices, as well as working in Windows and UNIX environments.
    • Experienced in N-tier architecture and cloud-based deployment for scalable enterprise applications.
    • Familiar with industry standards such as code coverage and test-driven development.
    • Knowledgeable in software development methodologies including Agile and Waterfall, as well as data storage subsystems.
    • Experienced in writing and reviewing detailed specifications for moderately complex system components.
    • Strong ability to complete moderately complex bug fixes while ensuring high-quality solutions.
    • Effective collaborator with both internal and external technology resources.
    • Possesses strong oral and written communication skills to support technical and cross-functional work.

    Senior Systems Engineer II

    About the Role

    • We’re looking for a skilled Systems Engineer to support and enhance our enterprise infrastructure across global operations. This role involves maintaining system environments, responding to operational alerts, and contributing to the design and automation of scalable IT solutions.
    • You will work with technologies including Windows OS, Azure AD, Domain Controllers, SAML, App Proxy, LDAP, DHCP, and cloud platforms (Azure and AWS). Your input will help shape project plans, improve system performance, and ensure reliable service delivery.

    Responsibilities 

    • Provide advanced (Tier 3) support for enterprise systems.
    • Monitor and troubleshoot system performance using standard tools.
    • Install and maintain system components and software.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to resolve issues.
    • Develop scripts to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency.
    • Support virtual server environments and cloud implementations.
    • Contribute to system monitoring and reporting improvements.

    Requirements 

    • Extensive experience 10+ years in systems engineering or related roles.
    • Strong knowledge of Windows infrastructure and troubleshooting.
    • Experience with virtualization, automation scripting, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
    • Ability to analyze complex problems and propose effective solutions.
    • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to work US hours for first 3 to 6 months during for training purposes.
    • A qualification in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
