Your Mission Will Involve

• Shaping and leading our hiring practices, ensuring scalability as we continue to accelerate our hiring across divisions e.g. Tech, Customer Success, Countries, Operations, Data. Product etc.
• Coaching and upskilling our hiring teams on full-cycle recruitment e.g. giving effective feedback, interviewing, unconscious bias etc.
• Sourcing and attracting candidates by using a variety of creative methods, not just LinkedIn or our careers page
• Driving the planning and facilitation of relevant events and initiatives to drive the acquisition strategy
• Ensuring an impressive candidate experience
• Creating hiring reports and using data insights to shape our current and future hiring goals
• Building our employer brand as a "best place to work" for top talent
• Assisting with talent mapping, improving our EVP and anything else that will enhance the candidate's journey beyond the hiring process
• Lead, coach and/or mentor junior team members where needed

The Ideal Candidate Will Have The Following Essentials

• Extensive work experience as a generalist recruiter, preferably with exposure to high-volume hiring as well as very hard to fill Tech roles
• A preference for, and understanding of how data can shape and enhance your attraction strategy and practices
• You are on the top of your game when it comes to prioritisation and time-management
• Collaboration – this is something you breathe, it's all about achieving solutions together
• Creativity and high attention to detail
• A positive 'can do' attitude and you're a self-starter
• An interest in, or familiarity with cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin or Ethereum will be advantageous

In Your First Six Months, You Will

• Have built strong relationships with your key stakeholders, both with your team and across the business
• Help ramp up the hiring as per the 2020 strategy as well as provide project support or own your own projects
• Have integrated yourself into the global team
