The Senior Talent & Training Manager, within the framework of the business strategy, defines, develops and implements a People Development and Talent Development Strategy aligned to the business needs, as well as within ITC sytems, processes and guidelines, and maintains records and submits reports in accordance with the BEE and Skills Development Acts.
