The Day-to-Day
Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, build strategic hiring plans, and provide regular recruitment updates and metrics. Build trust and credibility with every interaction.
Consistently deliver against recruitment KPIs—including hiring quality, productivity, and candidate experience—to support team success and operational excellence.
From sourcing to hiring, you’ll manage the entire recruitment lifecycle—ensuring an amazing candidate experience and meeting time-to-hire goals.
Ensure every role reflects our fans, supporting Yum's commitment to culture opportunity & belonging.
Use data-driven insights from our ATS to optimize recruitment strategies and drive continuous improvement. You’ll track key metrics like time-to-fill and offer acceptance rates and use them to raise the bar on performance.
Support efforts to make the hiring process more efficient by identifying and addressing bottlenecks, providing creative solutions where possible.
Help build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for key roles using sourcing techniques like LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).
3+ years of corporate recruiting experience, including technical recruitment.
Proven track record in stakeholder management and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Utilization of a variety of sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter or similar, cold-calling, and creative networking strategies.
Experience in meeting diversity and inclusion recruitment strategies.
Excellent communication, organizational, and influencing skills.
Experience with ATS (Oracle Recruit preferred) and an understanding of recruitment metrics and KPIs.
Ability to juggle multiple roles, consistently delivering against tight deadlines.
Work Environment
Hybrid Role: Requires onsite presence Tuesday through Thursday at our South African corporate hub located in Johannesburg, South Africa.
