As a Senior Technologist or Technician in Histology at Ampath, you play a crucial role in preparing tissue samples that support accurate and timely diagnoses.

Role Requirements
To be considered, you must hold:
a Medical Technician Certificate, National Diploma, or Bachelor of Health Science in Medical Laboratory Sciences
HPCSA registration as either a Medical Technologist or Medical Technician in Histology.
These qualifications ensure you are equipped to meet the technical and regulatory demands of the role. You bring 3–5 years of experience working in a Histology laboratory as a qualified Technician or Technologist.
This experience enables you to work confidently across various laboratory functions while supporting a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
