Isoflow is a close-knit team of driven professionals that deliver globally recognised, world-class benchmarked UX/UI design solutions for web and mobile applications. Our Woodstock office serves clients in three continents and we’re looking for a UX Designer to run with large-scale projects. This role will engage with clients throughout the strategy, research and analysis phases to establish the UX direction and ensure our UX team works together to efficiently deliver world class design solutions that are compellingly packaged and presented to our clients. We solve complex design challenges and strive to delight our customers by consistently exceeding their expectations.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A strong digital portfolio showcasing UX research and prototypes for functional web and mobile applications
• The ability to analyse competitors, user data, research, and present findings
• A passion for building products with a purpose and designing experiences that improve ease of use
• A strong proficiency in Axure while remaining up to date with tech & design tools and trends across web and mobile
• A good understanding of HTML & CSS in order to design prototypes that are technically sound and feasible to build
• Good communication skills and the ability to sell your UX designs to clients and your team members alike
• A reputation amongst colleagues for meticulous attention to detail
• Experience in fast and effective problem-solving and decision making abilities
• Minimum of 5+ years relevant experience

Responsibilities will include:

• Running client meetings to define strategy and requirements 
• Finding creative solutions to complex web / mobile app challenges 
• Confidently explaining UX decisions to clients & gather feedback
• Testing product assumptions with users and gathering feedback
• Analysing web traffic or user testing data to answer UX questions
• Inspiring the team to continually raise the bar on innovation and creativity for all work produced
• Leading the team to efficient project delivery that meets our high quality standards
• Active client liaison at a senior level
