Job description:

• Hyundai Boksburg is seeking a Service Advisor to join our team. The Service Advisor plays a crucial role in our dealership by providing exceptional customer service and managing the service needs of our clients' vehicles.
• The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and a passion for the automotive industry.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and listen to their service needs
• Schedule appointments and communicate service expectations with customers
• Liaise with technicians to ensure timely completion of service work
• Provide accurate estimates and quotes for service work
• Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicle during the service process
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly
• Upsell additional services to customers as needed
• Maintain accurate records of all service transactions
• Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry
• Knowledge of Hyundai vehicles and their service requirements preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Valid driver's license
