Service Consultant: Cellular Network (ITIL, CCNA)

The Job

We're seeking a Service Consultant within the Cellular / Mobile Network industry with ITIL, CCNA, CCNP and related training, for a 6-12 Month Contract period in Cape Town.

Duties & Responsibilities

The Service Consultant role ensures that all onsite Service Assurance Consultants accurately onboard, fulfil, deliver and provide post-delivery assurance support to high net-worth and Business clients on the Mobile Network.

Previous experience within a similar role within a Mobile Network is essential.

Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric
- Minimum 3 years Customer Service Management
- Minimum 5 years in Telecommunication industry, enterprise based and Fixed line opco
- ITIL foundation certificate
- Network and Product training
- CCNA, CCNP , CCSP , CCIE written , JNCIA , JNCIS -- Preferred training
Package & Remuneration
- R176 Per Hour
- 6-12 Month Contract
