The successful incumbent will be responsible for the scheduling service teams.

Job Specification:

• Responsible for scheduling service teams nationally
• Generate daily job cards per team
• Reschedule any outstanding service calls
• Generate weekly KPI reports
• Optimize vehicle routing
• Compile stock take
• Train staff members on Service Master
• Responsible for administrating contracts (new and existing)
• Schedule vehicle servicing
• Reconcile all logbooks

Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Computer Literate (Microsoft office) essential
• Certificate in Logistics/ Supply Chain Management will be advantageous
• Previous administration experience is essential
