Service Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead service delivery projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion
- Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
- Guide and mentor the service delivery team
- Manage contract renewals and ensure adherence to terms
- Resolve critical issues and ensure quality control
- Oversee financial aspects of service delivery and performance monitoring
Requirements:
- 10+ years in service delivery management (OSS/BSS)
- Strong project management and communication skills
- ITIL certification preferred
- Proven leadership in high-pressure environments
