Job Description

• We are seeking a dynamic team player to join our SGT SAP CoE team as a Development and Integration Specialist. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for delivering development and integration services across a range of SAP technologies including S/4HANA Finance, SAP Data Services, Master Data Governance, Insurance Analyser, SAP ECC HCM, Success Factors, and SAP Business Technology Platform.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of SAP development and integration specialists to deliver expertise in support of system changes and bespoke applications, both Cloud and on-premise, utilizing appropriate SAP technologies.
• Act as a subject matter expert on the latest SAP development tools and provide expert technical advice to functional teams and business stakeholders seeking SAP system solutions.
• Undertake development and integration requests personally while guiding the team to adhere to leading SAP development practices.
• Possess deep technical understanding of the Sanlam SAP ecosystem, with expertise in integration methodologies such as iDocs, Web Services, APIs, OData Services, Success Factors Business Integration Builder, RFC, SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI),

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead service delivery projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion
• Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
• Guide and mentor the service delivery team
• Manage contract renewals and ensure adherence to terms
• Resolve critical issues and ensure quality control
• Oversee financial aspects of service delivery and performance monitoring

Requirements:

• 10+ years in service delivery management (OSS/BSS)
• Strong project management and communication skills
• ITIL certification preferred
• Proven leadership in high-pressure environments
