Job Description

Support sales opportunities and delivery of the solution by leveraging Accenture’s full capabilities. Build client relationships in collaboartion with the Client Account Leadership team. Lead the service delivery strategy across one or more client portfolios. Address performance issues and implement continuous improvement plans to achieve project targets and SLA committments. Manage people engagement, recruiting and staffing to optimize delivery targ

Qualifications

• At least 15 years managerial & management reporting experience
• Proven track record with experiences managing productivity-drive operation
• Strong organizational, leadership & analytical skills
• General knowledge of human resources policies and procedures
• Able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and management
• Able to perform special projects as needed in addition to daily responsibilities
