    Service Sales and Marketing Professional

    Your Tasks And Responsibilities

    • Ensure efficient execution of all CS Business Management Processes in order to drive Cs Revenue and market growth:
      • Analysis and preparation of service contract for new contracts, renewals and tenders
      • Customer base analysis
      • Service portfolio, offerings and pricing
      • Contract management which informs decision making related to invoicing, daily operations, applications support and manpower planning
    • Driving market and customer oriented service marketing strategies and offerings
    • Contract management and smooth communication to service operations and execution teams. Ensures service obligations are communicated and understood by operations and administration teams.
    • Drive Contract Capture Rate upwards through continuous engagement with AEs and customers
    • Promotion of value added services such as: customized service agreements, Siemens shared services, enhanced productivity services, Siemens Guardian Program, Siemens Virus Protection Program, Smart Remote Services, EVOLVE, SRS, LifeNet etc.
    • Ensure and maintain customer visits in order to drive customer consultancy and support of service
    • Promotion of services through presentations and talks with internal and external customer
    • Sales Support, e.g. product demonstrations, service contract sales, service value proposition marketing, tenders and pricing, reference sites, CS capability and expertise, and collaboration management. On-site sales of service offerings and expanding offerings.
    • Ensure smooth and efficient communication between Sales and CS teams, technical and administration. Drive marketing and sales of service portfolio and ensure internal administration and accurate execution between the customer care centre and service administration teams.

    Your Qualifications And Skills

    • Engineering, Business Administration or Marketing Degree or similar and/or similar years of work experience
    • Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
    • Strong Excel skills – this will be assessed formally during the recruitment process.
    • Good financial understanding
    • Experience in healthcare and medical devices is preferred.
