Sessional Speech Therapist Grade 1 ( Applicants Who Previously Applied For This Post Are Encouraged To Re-apply)
4 year Bachelor in Speech Therapy. Completed Community Service (After 2003). Registered with the Health Professional Council of South Africa (HPCSA).
Proof of annual renewal. Experience in Adult patient care can be an advantage.
Duties :
To provide clinical Speech therapy services to both adult in and out patients ensuring a high level of patient care. Administrative tasks including patient administration, statistics, assisting with ordering of consumables and asset management Implementations and monitoring of National Core Standards.
Training of other health professionals, Community Service Staff, and students Upholding of research and CPD Represent the department at meetings and forums when required.
