About the Programme

• This is a 12-month structured graduate development programme offered in partnership with the Wholesale and Retail Sector Education and Training Authority (W&R SETA). The programme is designed to provide graduates with valuable workplace experience, professional development opportunities, and exposure to the fast-paced retail industry.

Minimum Requirements    
Eligibility Criteria:

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have:

• Hold a completed Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• No more than 2 years of working experience
• Be a South African citizen
• Be currently unemployed and available to start on 1 August 2026
• Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and develop within a retail environment

Duties and Responsibilities:

As a participant in our Graduate Programme, you will:

• Support Departmental Activities: Work closely with your assigned department to support daily operations, including data analysis, report generation, and process improvements.
• Learn and Apply Industry Knowledge: Gain knowledge in your specific field of study and apply this learning to real-world business scenarios.
