Settlements Administrator | Waterfall at PSG Konsult Ltd

• This role is responsible for dealing with all queries by the JSE in relation to settlement; ensuring that all transactions are settled in terms of the Rules and Directives of the JSE; advising the JSE of any issue that may potentially impact on the settlement of a transaction; and co-operating with the settlement authority to ensure the efficient and timeous settlement of all transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Review and action of settlement reports
• Monitor DSTAT intraday and follow up on the T+1 non commits
• Notification and reporting to SA
• Monitor reverse substitution account daily for re booking of non-controlled transactions (T+2)
• Reconcile interest and penalties with JSE SA
• Processing and settlement of bond trades
• Settlement execution of all unlisted share transactions
• Processing of transfer fees and STT
• Capturing and updating loans on BDA and loan agreements
• Pledging/Unpledging and reconciliations (SCRIPFIN)
• Deal adjustments / Misdeals
• CSDP Reconciliation
• Client Transfers -  Internal and External
• CGT Statement Checks
• Updating of cost prices

Minimum requirements:

• Matric essential
• BDA working experience essential
• 1 – 3 years´ experience in a similar role
