Description

• Ensure that the ISO System and audits are carried out and the results are correctly reported.
• Ensure appropriate notification & distribution of new, revised or withdrawn documents.
• Ensure maintenance of the document control system to ensure compliance with ISO requirements.
• Ensure improvement , strong knowledge of management systems e.g. ISO 9001:2015,14001, 45001, 50001.
• Coordinate, schedule, drive IMS integration, administration & coordination of training.
• Maintain internal audits for auditors and conduct audit & verification of finding according to schedule.
• Ensure root cause analysis, implement corrective & preventative action for findings in department.
• Monitor & track non-conformance for internal & external audit results.
• Demonstrate experience developing, implement, optimize & audit management systems are required.
• Ensure data capture & reports are done, according to plant & Group guidelines i.e accidents, etc.
• Risk management and establishment of mitigation measures.
• Enforce compliance with Legal Requirements, OHS Act 85 of 1993, National Environmental Management.
• Ensure audit schedules management review and management system documentation implementation.
• Enforce compliance in Act 107 of 1998 (Water, Waste & Air Quality Act) COID Act 130 of 1993 etc.
• Identify & share IMS performance & improvement opportunities.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Grade: 12 Matric Certificate.
• Relevant Degree in related field.
• Relevant Health & Safety Qualification .

Experience:

• Experience in multiple ISO management systems & auditor (9001 / 14001 / 45001 & 50001) - 5 years.
• Technical experience in an Assembly/Manufacturing environment - 5 years.
