Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in Mining industry
Sound knowledge of inclined and horizontal development ends
Knowledge of conventional and trackless development
Demonstrate knowledge of hydropower (aqua jet) with verifiable references
Have knowledge and skill in applying the basic generic management principles and leading a team
Knowledge of underground Construction work is advantageous
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Directly supervise the production staff
Over inspect that pre-use inspections and maintenance are done on mobile units
Monitoring and controlling that production process by allocating and managing resources to attain the production targets.
Check daily, weekly & monthly that the production process is conducted in accordance with the contract, legal requirements, work instructions & specifications
