    Shiftboss - Mogalakwena Mine

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    • Matric certificate or equivalent
    • Blasting Certificate
    • Must have Shift supervisor certificate.
    • MS Office proficiency
    • Valid Driver’s license and reliable own transport
    • Medically Fit

    EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

    • Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in Mining industry
    • 3 years underground hard rock Mining experience
    • Have knowledge and skill in applying the basic generic management principles and leading a team

    ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Directly supervise the underground development personnel
    • Over inspect pre-use inspections and ensure that maintenance is completed on mobile units.
    • Monitoring and controlling the development process by allocating and managing resources to attain the development targets.
    • Check daily, weekly & monthly that the development process is carried out in accordance with the contract requirements, legal requirements, work instructions and adherence to established standards and specification.
    • Ensure adherence to site safety and health programs.
