They are looking for a motivated and experienced Shop Manager to manage a few branches to ensure the smooth operation of their store to assist in delivering high-quality products and outstanding customer service.

• Matric and Tertiary qualification

Skills and Knowledge

• Administrative functions.
• Price analysis and updating prices.
• Oversee stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks, and manage ordering to ensure the store is adequately stocked.
• Staff Management by training, motivating and developing staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Store Operations, ensure the store is clean, well-organised, and visually appealing.

Other:

• Proficient in Afrikaans and English
• Own transport and license (weekly travel to Johannesburg)

Responsibilities:

• Proven experience as a Shop Manager or in a similar retail management role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in using retail management software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
