    Short-Term Insurance Sales Executive (Field Based)

    About the Role

    • We’re looking for dynamic, driven individuals who thrive in face-to-face environments and believe in the power of showing, not telling. As a Sales Executive, you’ll be out in the field, engaging directly with government employees to offer short-term insurance solutions that make a real difference. You’ll be part of a high-performance team that values connection, accountability, and growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Represent Affinity Connect with professionalism and energy in face-to-face sales engagements
    • Sell short-term insurance products to government employees (Persal-based clientele)
    • Build trust and long-term relationships through authentic, values-driven conversations
    • Attend field-based training and development sessions to sharpen your skills
    • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets with confidence and consistency
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales outcomes
    • Collaborate with team leaders and peers to share insights and celebrate wins
