We have an exciting position for a training professional to:
Conduct training for new and experienced operators
Use high fidelity simulation training tools
Manage the day-to-day operation of training schedules and plans
Your proven ability to coach adults to retain skills and apply them to a specific occupation to maximize mining outcomes is critical to the success of this role.
Your experience in keeping training projects on schedule will count in your favor to achieve success.
Requirements:
2-5 years’ experience in Mining Operational Training
Understanding of adult learning principles
Previous proven experience in Simulator Based Training would be advantageous
Experience on surface-based or underground mining equipment
