JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Deliverables in position 

• Independently managing the HR and Finance application landscape in Silverton assembly plant
• Manage middleware applications responsible for data transfers and interfaces
• Coordinate global local demand with Global PDO teams
• Decommission local non-standard applications where possible

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Resolve and/or facilitate/escalate resolution of all customer IT support issues - flexible work hours required to minimize business disruption
• Support (co-ordinate where applicable) Applications within the HR and Finance landscape
• Support Business and Vendor managed applications (BMIT)
• Drive Application decommissioning plans for BMIT and Local Applications 
• Meet with customers to understand & represent requirements for IT products and services
• Act as voice of the customer to represent customer needs to appropriate IT skill teams
• Work with customers, project team, PDO and global IT teams to prepare for IT application implementations, assists launch teams in defining implementation plans and in supporting launch activities
• Create and maintain comprehensive support documentation
• Support corporate IT standards and process e.g. ISP, ACR, SCRP, TSM, Disaster recovery
• Deliver and monitor / report out on IT support, customer feedback (NPS) & service metrics
• Share knowledge and experience as required
• Act as a point of escalation for IT related support issues

QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications Required:  

• Qualifications: Relevant tertiary degree in IT or related field is desirable, 3+ years IT experience
• Strong written/verbal communications skills, effectively engaging at a technical and non-technical level to deferent leadership levels within IT and business locally and regionally
• Proven Business and IT Analysis skills to identify and determine solutions to business constraints
• Excellent understanding of business needs, drivers and priorities - onsite business engagement experience preferred
• Strong customer focus with Drive for Results and a Quality & Continuous Improvement mind-set
• Effective relationship management with ability to influence others/indirect reports
• Able to self-manage time to effectively engage with global counterparts across time zone
• Strong background and experience in Finance and HR business processes
• Excellent understanding of middle-ware data transfers and interfaces between applications
