Site Operations Manager (Limpopo) at Enaex Africa

Description

• Ensure operations at the site are executed in a safe and legally compliant manner.
• Oversee the distribution of products within the site to ensure high levels of customer service.
• Manage and lead the staff establishment at the site.

Oversee the fleet management at the site.

• Ensure all SOX and governance standards are adhered to.
• Oversee the management of all warehouses and stores within the boundaries of the site
• Understanding the internal and external supply and demand dimensions across all explosives logistics and magazine management
• Ensuring management of staff delivers customer satisfaction.

Compliance to Chapter 6&8 of the explosives act.

• Understanding of Outbound Value Chain strategy and arranging of compliance inspection.
• Understanding business needs to meet demand and Liaising to comply to SOX requirements.
• Arranging transportation permits / Magazine licenses / amend where necessary to stay in compliance.
• CIE Relationship Building and Understand SQAS requirements and compliance.

Requirements

• Grade 12 (Must).   
• National Diploma in logistics management (Must)
• Certification with CIE (Must)                                                                                                                                                                                           
• B-Tech / Bcom Logistics will be an advantage.
• At least 5 years’ experience within supply chain explosives environment.
• Proven experience in explosives value chain and Supply Chain Outbound.
