The Digital Co-X team furthermore manages ‘Vodacom’s ‘Digital Transformation Smart Service Offering Program’.
About ‘Digital Transformation Smart Service Offering Program’
Vodacom Business and four consulting partners, namely Accenture, Deloitte, Letsema and Urbian, have entered into a Joint Go-To-Market partnership for Vodacom Business’ ‘Digital Transformation Smart Service Offering’ Program.
With its partners, Vodacom Business’ Digital Transformation Smart Service Offering will have a new consulting-led approach to customer challenges and create enhanced customer value by addressing industry-specific business model and value chain challenges.
Co-created digital solutions take into account best of class digital platforms, tools, applications and services from its partners as well as Vodacom’s world-class network to ensure a successful digital transformation journey for Vodacom Business customers.
The Vodacom Business Digital Transformation Smart Service Offering’ (‘Smart SO’) is part of Vodacom’s drive to deliver integrated solutions based on deep industry value chain knowledge.
Role Purpose
The Smart SO Partner Manager role is based within the Vodacom Business.
The Smart SO Partner Manager is responsible for the ongoing relationship as well as project management of the joint go-to-market activities between Vodacom Business and our respective Smart SO consulting partner firms. The Smart SO Partner Manager is also required to establish the foundational Smart SO Plan and customer-specific opportunity forms, developing these with the wider Digital Co-X and Vodacom Business team as well as our Smart SO partners. Intensive collaboration with the Vodacom Business Sales organization and the driving, developing as well as tracking joint go-to-market activities is a key task for this role.
