    SME Enrolment Manager (Sales)

    We are looking for a hands-on SME Enrolment Manager to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and fast-growing company. The successful candidate will need to be versatile, eager and have a thorough understanding of best practices. We're searching for a tech savvy and energetic candidate that brings more than the usual 9-5 atmosphere to our exciting business! We have ambitious international growth plans so this role has considerable opportunity for career progression and to grow with the company.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Service all new consumer and corporate opportunities for business enrolment targets.
    • Engage with clients to provide information on our courses Keep up to date with our course offerings.
    • Manage all B2C-corporate quotes, invoicing and vendor requests.
    • Meet with SME companies over online meeting portals or in person.
    • Effectively design learning pathways for organizations and their delegates.
    • Manage all B2C-corporate clients and queries.
    • Meeting targets and KPI's.
    • Maintain relationships with all B2C corporations for future business.
    • Being able to cold call companies and set up meetings with HR or L&D heads.
    • Prepare progress reports for corporate clients.

    Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:

    • 2 - 3 years B2C and B2B experience ( essential)
    • 2-3 years Customer service experience (essential)
    • 2-3 years Call Centre experience (essential)
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent negotiating skills.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Proven track record of working within a B2B (SME) sales environment

    Remuneration:

    • A market related salary
    • Uncapped commission

    Working Hours:

    • Monday to Friday day time shifts, 8am-5pm (SAT). Shift work may be required.
